Deborah is the founder of the Foundation’s Passion Project initiative and the Chairman of the Passion Project Foundation. She is also the creator of the BE financial platform, a NEW digital platform targeting youth and supporting FULL financial inclusion that is set to launch in the UK in 2020.

With 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry and having built several businesses Deborah is well versed with the responsibilities faced by business owners as well as the impact their actions can have on the staff, shareholders and the community at large. Deborah is passionate about making a difference, both in the business community and society in general. She has been the driving force behind the Passion Project, distilling the methodology over a number of years.

Her vision: a large-scale collaboration, amplified by smart use of media and technology to bring together many different strands of society, not only to unlock human potential, but national socio-economic potential too
